Shockingly, only a fraction of agents include video with their listings! Why? Because it costs them extra money to produce them. We see great value in video because it gives buyers an additional way to see your home besides just scrolling through listing photos. Not only are videos great to include with your listing, but they are a great marketing tool on social media.
